TUNIS (Reuters) – An elections committee set up by Libya’s eastern-based parliament to look into the collapse of last week’s planned presidential election on Monday recommended the establishment of a new government before any fresh polling date.
The report, published on Twitter by the parliament spokesman, did not set a new election date but urged the legslature to set out a new roadmap towards elections within a constitutional framework.
