LAGOS (Reuters) – Nigerian petroleum regulator said on Monday it had discovered petrol with methanol above national specifications in the supply chain and had moved to remove the affected product.
The Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority said it had identified the source of the petrol and would be taking action, without providing details.
