ALMATY (Reuters) – Kazakhstan’s Halyk Bank posted a 19.7% year-on-year jump in fourth-quarter net profit on Monday on the back of higher net interest income.
The bank’s quarterly net profit stood at 129.3 billion tenge ($249.9 million), while net interest income surged 33.4% to 131.4 billion tenge ($254 million).
