(Reuters) – Global ratings agency Moody’s on Monday downgraded Sri Lanka’s rating to ‘Ca’ from ‘Caa2’, citing the country’s decision to suspend certain external debt repayments.
The agency maintained Sri Lanka’s outlook at stable.
