Meanwhile, Nicholas Woode-Smith argues that ActionSA, led by former DA Johannesburg mayor Herman Mashaba, and the DA should team up to form a viable coalition to ouster the ANC from government.
Woode-Smith argues that so far opposition parties have been more interested in sabotaging each other when negotiating for coalitions and once they have been formed they inevitably break down because of fighting amongst the parties. But the effort should be on ousting the ANC instead of working to be the best runner-up. Read more here.
