JAKARTA (Reuters) – Indonesian Foreign Minister Retno Marsudi said on Thursday that foreign ministers attending a special meeting of the Southeast Asian bloc ASEAN had expressed concern over the failure to implement a peace plan agreed with Myanmar’s military rulers.
