Elon Musk is ready to go to war over his ownership of Twitter and his decisions not to moderate content and transform the ad revenue model of the business to a subscription model.

Musk’s latest sparring partners include the United States and the European Union after he bemoaned Apple recently over speculation the Cupertino, California-based tech giant may remove Twitter from the App Store if it violates Apple’s terms and conditions.

On Wednesday, Musk and Thierry Breton, the EU’s commissioner in charge of implementing the bloc’s digital rules, held a video meeting where Breton told the world’s wealthiest man that Twitter would be banned in the EU if it did not abide by strict content moderation rules.

While US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen said her department was investigating Musk’s controversial acquisition of Twitter.

Meanwhile, Musk has cleared up his spat with Apple after meeting with CEO Tim Cook. Musk said after speaking with Cook he has cleared up a “misunderstanding,” according to Financial Times.
