JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) – South Africa’s manufacturing output rose 1.0% year on year in October after rising by 2.9% in September, statistics agency data showed on Thursday.
Factory production fell 6.3% month on month in October. Analysts had predicted a 4.5% rise in annual terms in October and for output to drop 1.1% month on month.
