(News24) – Malaysia’s Petronas will sell its 74% ownership in Engen to Vivo Energy, creating one of the continent’s top fuel and lubricant distributors. Vitol Energy has 2,600 service stations in 23 African nations through Vivo Energy. It owns Engen and Shell service stations outside South Africa.
