(Reuters) – Islamic State claimed responsibility for a blast on Monday in Afghanistan’s Kabul, a statement on their Telegram channel said on Wednesday.
A magnetic mine blast killed two people in Kabul near the Justice Ministry, the city’s police said on Monday.
