BEIJING (Reuters) – Former president of China Merchants Bank Tian Huiyu was sentenced to death with a two-year reprieve for corruption, Chinese state media reported on Monday.
Tian was charged with accepting bribes, abuse of power by personnel of a state-owned company, trading on undisclosed information, insider trading, and disclosure of insider information, among others.
