EnBW confirms 2024 outlook after first-half profit drops

FRANKFURT (Reuters) – German utility EnBW on Friday said first-half core profit declined by more than a quarter due to lower margins, while still confirming its outlook for 2024.

The group said adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) came in at 2.59 billion euros ($2.83 billion) in the first six months of the year.
