(Reuters) – Betting firm Flutter Entertainment is in talks to buy Snaitech, one of Italy’s largest gambling companies, from UK’s Playtech in a deal which could be worth 2 billion pounds ($2.57 billion), Sky News reported on Wednesday.
Playtech shares rose 17% following the news.
