MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian President Vladimir Putin had a phone call on Tuesday with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Kremlin said without providing immediate details.
Modi visited Ukraine last week and discussed the situation there, among other topics, with U.S. President Joe Biden on Monday.
