BEIJING (Reuters) – China has submitted a request to Canada for consultation at the World Trade Organisation on additional tariffs it has imposed on Chinese electric vehicles as well as steel and aluminum products, the commerce ministry said on Friday.
“China urges Canada to abide by WTO rules and immediately correct wrongdoings,” said a spokesperson for the commerce ministry.
