(Reuters) – Italian engineering group Maire reported a 63% jump in its nine-month net profit on Thursday boosted by increased profitability.
Maire booked 3.7 billion euros ($4.0 billion) of new orders in the first nine months of 2024, bringing its total order backlog to 14.8 billion euros.
Revenue rose 33.8% to 4.1 billion euros in the period, while the net profit jumped to 144.5 million euros.
The Milan-based group also confirmed its guidance for the full year 2024.
