(Reuters) – Thyssenkrupp’s Chief Financial Officer Jens Schulte will leave the company in order to take up the same role at Deutsche Boerse by mutual consent, a company statement said on Thursday.
The Supervisory Board of Thyssenkrupp AG had appointed Schulte as CFO for three years in November 2023. He took office effective June 1, 2024.
