FRANKFURT (Reuters) -Thyssenkrupp expects the spin-off and separate listing of its defence division TKMS to become effective in mid-October, board member Volkmar Dinstuhl told the group’s extraordinary general meeting on Friday.
Dinstuhl said the spin-off prospectus was expected to be approved by financial watchdog BaFin in early October, adding the TKMS spin-off would take effect upon entry on the commercial register of Thyssenkrupp.
“We currently expect this to take place in mid-October 2025.
This will be followed immediately by the stock market listing,” he said.
