JAKARTA, Dec 18 (Reuters) – Indonesia has and will continue to increase treasury bill issuances with tenors of 12 months and under, aiming to make cash management more efficient and deepen the country’s financial market, a finance ministry official said on Thrusday.
Indonesia began implementing the strategy in the final quarter of 2025 and will continue next year, said Suminto, the director general of financing and risk management at the ministry.
