COLOMBO (Reuters) – Sri Lanka’s central bank has postponed its monetary policy review, it said on Monday.
The central bank will announce the date of the review in due course, it said in a statement.
Reuters had earlier reported the monetary board meeting was set to go ahead, but sources said top officials had received a directive to defer the meeting and policy.
