(Reuters) – South Africa’s Eskom said on Wednesday that it would reduce the level of rotational power cuts to “Stage 3” from “Stage 4” at 22:00 local time (2000 GMT), and that new level would remain in force until Friday.
Eskom said it was able to reduce the level of cuts because six generation units had returned to service over the past 24 hours and three more were set to return on Thursday.
