DAKAR (Reuters) – The European Investment Bank will invest $10 million in a fibre-optic network in remote regions of eastern Democratic Republic of Congo, it said in a statement on Thursday.
The project will be rolled out by pan-African provider Bandwidth and Cloud Services (BCS Group) and will provide connectivity to more than 2.5 million people, the statement said.
