ISTANBUL (Reuters) – Turkey’s conglomerate Ronesans Holding Chairman Erman Ilicak said on Friday that France’s TotalEnergies had acquired a 50% stake in its subsidiary Ronesans Enerji.
The company did not provide further details on the price of the acquisition.
