(Reuters) – British investment platform Hargreaves Lansdown on Wednesday appointed Alison Platt as chair to succeed Deanna Oppenheimer, who will step down at the company’s annual general meeting after six years in the role.
Platt is currently chair of veterinary pharmaceuticals maker Dechra Pharmaceuticals, which is being bought by Swedish private equity firm EQT for 4.46 billion pounds ($5.66 billion).
