(Reuters) – Tobacco giant Altria said on Wednesday it plans to sell 35 million shares of the world’s largest brewer Anheuser-Busch InBev.
As of last close, the share sale is worth 2.06 billion euros ($2.25 billion), according to Reuters calculations.
