South Korea, Turkey renew currency swap agreement for three years

SEOUL (Reuters) – The Bank of Korea and the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey have agreed to renew a currency swap agreement for up to 2.3 trillion won ($1.68 billion), South Korea’s finance ministry said in a statement on Monday.

The agreement will be effective for three years.
