WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Democratic U.S. presidential candidate Kamala Harris plans to call for the construction of 3 million new housing units and outline new tax incentives for builders that construct properties for first-time home buyers, a source familiar with the plan told Reuters on Thursday.
Those details are expected to be a part of Harris’s speech about her economic agenda in North Carolina on Friday, the source said.
