BEIJING (Reuters) – China’s commerce ministry said on Monday that it has decided to file a lawsuit with the WTO against the EU’s final countervailing measures on China-made electric vehicles.
Last week, the ministry confirmed a EU delegation visit for negotiations regarding price commitments in the EV tariff dispute.
