(Reuters) – Dutch coffee and tea producer JDE Peet’s said on Wednesday its Chief Financial Officer Scott Gray has resigned to join his family in the United States and will be replaced by an executive from another listed company.
The new group finance chief will be announced along with JDE Peet’s full-year results in February and take office in the second quarter, it said in a statement.
Gray will temporarily remain in office to ensure a smooth transition, a company spokesperson said.
Gray, who has been CFO since 2020, had also served as interim CEO following the sudden departure of interim CEO and Chairman Luc Vandevelde, prior to the appointment of Rafa Oliveira as CEO in November.
